Leaxio is an operations system for rental businesses.

We build software for businesses that rent equipment, machinery, apparel, technology and services. We started Leaxio because most rental businesses still run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and memory, and we wanted to give them a system that respects how they actually work.

Our mission

Help rental operators close the day knowing exactly what was rented, what is overdue, what is damaged, what is owed and what is coming next week, without opening a spreadsheet. We believe a rental business should be able to answer those questions in a few seconds, with numbers that are defensible at the end of the day.

What we believe

Density is a feature when it is legible

The operator prefers seeing 30 rows to scrolling through 3. The interface should make that density legible, not hide it behind empty states.

Every number is a promise

A number on the screen must be defensible. If we display it, we can back it up with a source, a date and a context.

Motion confirms, never performs

Animations should verify state changes, not decorate them. A button that saves should look saved, not celebrate being saved.

We practice what we preach

Leaxio is itself a rental operations system. The same patterns we ship to operators are used inside our own team.

How we work

We are a small team. Everyone in the company talks to operators, watches a session or runs a support shift. There is no distance between the people who build the product and the people who use it.

We ship continuously, in small increments. We do not promise things we cannot deliver, and we treat every support ticket as a signal to improve the product, not just a request to handle.

We say no to dark patterns, fake urgency, inflated testimonials and AI slop. If a number we show is not real, we do not show it.
