These terms apply to all use of Leaxio and its related features. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your credentials confidential. Activity performed with your account is considered authorized by you.
3. Subscription, trial, and billing
Leaxio offers subscription plans and may include trial periods. Once a trial ends, usage may be limited until a plan is activated. Charges are made according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
4. Permitted use
You may not use Leaxio for:
- Illegal activities or actions that infringe third-party rights.
- Unauthorized access attempts or security interference.
- Copying, reselling, or exploiting the service beyond contracted scope.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, or causes beyond reasonable control.
6. Customer data
The customer retains ownership of their data. Leaxio processes such data to operate and secure the platform in line with the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
Leaxio software, brand, design, documentation, and other elements are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
Leaxio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the most recent billing cycle.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
